Our Story
Friends of the Children - Austin is dedicated to transforming the lives of children facing systemic obstacles. Each child is paired with a professional mentor, known as a Friend, who provides unwavering support for over 12 years.

With a remarkable 92% of youth enrolling in post-secondary education or entering the workforce, the program has proven to be a catalyst for change. Additionally, 83% earn a high school diploma or GED, and 93% remain free from juvenile justice system involvement.
