Our Story

Friends of the Arthur R. Marshall Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge is the first National Wildlife Refuge 'Friends' organization in the U.S., committed to protecting the Northern Everglades in Palm Beach County. This organization focuses on environmental conservation, wildlife protection, and education, engaging the community in the appreciation and preservation of this unique habitat.

With over 10,000 volunteer hours contributed annually, the organization plays a critical role in advocating for environmental conservation and biodiversity in South Florida.
