Our Story
Rocking Horse Community Health Center was established in 1999 to address the healthcare needs of underserved children in Springfield, Ohio. Evolving from a community initiative, it became a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in 2009, expanding its services to include adult care, dental services, and behavioral health.
Impact
In 2018, Rocking Horse served over 13,500 patients, providing more than 63,600 patient visits. The center's comprehensive services empower individuals and families to enhance their physical and emotional health.
