The Friends of Our Lady of Martyrs Shrine, Inc. was established to operate and maintain the Shrine located at the historic site of the martyrdom of St. Isaac Jogues, St. Rene Goupil, and St. John LaLande. Formed in response to financial challenges faced by the Jesuits, the organization took over the Shrine's deed on March 22, 2017, ensuring its continued operation as a place of peace and renewal for pilgrims.
The Shrine serves thousands of pilgrims each year, providing spiritual support and fostering a sense of community and faith. It connects visitors to the lives of the North American Martyrs and St. Kateri Tekakwitha, enriching their spiritual journeys.
