Our Story

The Friends of Odell House Rochambeau Headquarters was established to assist the Town of Greenburgh in preserving the historic Odell House, built in 1732. This National Register Property served as the headquarters for the Comte de Rochambeau during the Revolutionary War, playing a crucial role in America's fight for freedom.

Our Impact

With a successful $600,000 matching grant from New York State, initial restoration efforts are underway. The goal is to fully restore the Odell House and transform it into a museum that educates the public about its historical significance and the Revolutionary War.
