Founded in 2019 by Returned Peace Corps volunteers, Friends of Moldova believes in the power of local communities to shape their futures. With a vast network of dedicated members and volunteers, the organization supports grassroots initiatives that empower Moldovans to become leaders and problem-solvers in their communities.

Impact in Moldova

Since its inception, Friends of Moldova has awarded grants to organizations focused on youth development and social entrepreneurship. In response to the ongoing crisis, the organization has also provided essential relief to Ukrainian refugees, distributing food, non-food items, and social assistance.
