Our Story
Founded in 1955, Lac Lawrann Conservancy was born from the vision of Lawrence and Ann Maurin, who transformed 20 acres of neglected land into a thriving wildlife sanctuary. Their dedication to environmental stewardship led to the donation of this land to the West Bend Park, Recreation and Forestry Department in 1979, ensuring its preservation for future generations.
