Our Story

Founded in 1979 by dedicated volunteers, Partners In Care, originally known as Friends of Hospice, has become the largest and oldest nonprofit hospice, home health, and palliative care provider in Central Oregon. For over 45 years, this organization has been committed to delivering compassionate care to terminally ill patients and their families.
