Our Story

Friends of Children's Village was founded in 1982 by Babu Salagala and Hepsyba, who dedicated their lives to caring for destitute children in Bapatla, India. What began with just 22 children in a rented building has blossomed into a thriving community supporting over 250 children today. FCV provides essential food, shelter, education, and medical care, aiming to break the cycle of generational poverty through love and support.
