Our Story

Founded in 2018, the Friends of CDA Public Golf Club Foundation is dedicated to enhancing golf development programs for young people while ensuring public golf remains affordable for the working-class community of Kootenai County. Established by passionate golfers and former Board members, the foundation aims to alleviate the long-term sprinkler debt and fund course enhancement projects.

With nearly $30,000 raised for cleanup and rebuilding costs after a devastating windstorm, the Friends Foundation showcases its commitment to maintaining the public golf course and supporting the local community.
