FRIENDS OF ATTLEBORO RECREATION

To assist the recreation department in helping area children and families in need . FOAR has an annual thanksgiving turkey give away supplying 25 area families with turkeys and stop and shop $25 gift cards . We also run a golf day for kids and a 4th of July cook out flag parade day for kids usually attended by 200 area residents - all volunteer . The kids and families that benefit from our programs are the areas neediest.
