Fresh Express Community Outreach, Inc. began as a small initiative from Cornerstone Church in Hudson, evolving from a healthy food cart for children to a comprehensive outreach program. Launched in February 2022, FECO addresses the pressing needs of food and clothing insecurities exacerbated by the COVID pandemic.
FECO directly supports low-income families, seniors, immigrants, and individuals experiencing homelessness in the St. Croix Valley.
