In 1974, Richard Proudfit traveled to Honduras as a volunteer after a devastating hurricane. Witnessing the starvation among children, he dedicated his life to fighting world hunger. Collaborating with food scientists, he developed a nutritious meal and established a network to distribute food under challenging conditions. Today, Kids Against Hunger continues this legacy, delivering meals to impoverished families worldwide.
