Freedom 4 Youth (F4Y) was co-founded in 2008 by Billi Jo Starr, Ph.D., and the youth at Los Prietos Boys Camp. What began as a Toastmasters chapter has transformed into a comprehensive, grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals within and beyond the juvenile justice system.
Each year, F4Y serves over 220 individuals, providing mentorship and community support to those affected by the criminal legal system.
