Founded in 1993, the Franklin High School Educational Foundation has a rich history that dates back to 1962. It began with Principal Joe Herman's vision to support graduating seniors with financial awards. Over the years, this initiative has evolved into a robust nonprofit organization dedicated to helping students achieve their higher education goals.
