Frankie's Friends was founded in response to a large-scale cruelty case that affected thousands of cats. This tragedy ignited a passion to create a better world for cats and the community. The organization emerged from the urgent need for long-term care for abused cats, particularly following a significant rescue operation involving over 500 cats from a hoarding facility.
