Our Story

Founded in 1994, Frank Adoption Center initially focused on placing children from Eastern Europe into loving homes in the United States. However, with the implementation of the Hague Treaty and subsequent policy changes, these adoptions ceased in 2012. In 2013, the agency re-emerged with a renewed mission, now concentrating on adoption from Nepal and expanding its reach to various countries worldwide. The commitment remains steadfast: prioritizing the needs of children and finding them families who will embrace them wholeheartedly.
