The Fox Valley Park Foundation, established in 1981, is dedicated to promoting social equity, health, and wellness within the Fox Valley Park District community. Governed by a Board of Directors comprising Park District commissioners and community volunteers, the Foundation strives to ensure that all residents have access to recreational opportunities, regardless of their financial circumstances.
Each year, the Foundation enhances the lives of over 7,000 individuals through grants that fund essential programs such as camps, swim lessons, and after-school activities. In the past three years, more than $250,000 has been awarded to address critical community needs, fostering health, wellness, and social enrichment.
