Four Rivers Outreach Community Development Corporation, established in November 2006, is dedicated to uplifting disadvantaged citizens in the Tri-County area of South Carolina, which includes Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester counties. Governed by a nine-member board, the organization thrives on the commitment of both employees and volunteers.
