Our Story

Founded in 2002 by Fred Jacoby, MA, Foundations Christian Counseling Services was established to meet the growing need for Christ-centered counseling in the Poconos, PA. With over 25 locations across Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Vermont, and Florida, the organization continues to expand its reach under the leadership of Executive Director Rachel Scharff, MS.
