FOUNDATION OF THE ROTARY CLUB OF NORTH FRESNO

The primary objectives and purposes of this corporation shall be the relief of the poor, distressed, and underprivileged; fostering the advancement of education; and combating community deterioration. In addition, this corporation may engage in any activities that are reasonably related to or in the furtherance of its stated charitable purposes, or in any other charitable activities.
