The Foundation for Women and Children Enslaved in War (WCEW) was established in Washington, DC in 2017 to provide essential grants to organizations serving survivors of human trafficking. In 2021, WCEW expanded its mission to include capacity building and research initiatives, enhancing the support for these vulnerable populations.
