Founded in 1974 by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix, the Foundation for Senior Living (FSL) is dedicated to improving the quality of life for adults and their caregivers. Over the years, FSL has evolved into one of Arizona’s largest non-profit organizations, providing an integrated system of home and community-based health services that allow adults to age in place with personalized care.
