The Foundation for Empowering Citizens with Autism (FECA) was established 23 years ago with a mission to provide exemplary education for children with autism. The Devereux Millwood Learning Center, now known as Devereux Cares, has been a cornerstone in delivering quality education and support for children and young adults on the autism spectrum.
FECA has successfully educated 48 students aged five to 21 in an intensive educational setting, focusing on vocational training and community integration. The organization has also launched initiatives to create employment opportunities for adults with autism, significantly enhancing their quality of life.
