Our Story

The Foundation for Aspiring Minority Accountants, Inc. (FAMA) was established to bridge the gaps between minority communities and the accounting profession. Based in Fort Worth, Texas, FAMA focuses on increasing the representation of African-American, Hispanic, and Asian accountants by targeting aspiring students in local high schools and colleges.
