Founded by Tom and Deborrah Willard, the Foundation for Affordable Housing has dedicated nearly 30 years to creating safe, comfortable, and high-quality affordable homes. The organization focuses on the construction, acquisition, and operation of low-income, special needs, and senior housing, enriching the lives of residents.

Housing over 60,000 people through 127 family communities and 60 senior communities, the Foundation for Affordable Housing has significantly impacted affordable housing and community enrichment services.
