Founded in 2009 by members of the California Employment Lawyers Association, FAIR aims to diversify the plaintiffs' bar and educate the public about workplace fairness. By providing educational and work opportunities to law students and new lawyers from diverse backgrounds, FAIR enriches the legal community dedicated to employee justice.
Through the Employee Justice Fellowship Program, FAIR has successfully placed numerous students with workers’ rights attorneys, fostering a new generation of advocates for employee rights.
