Founded in 1990 by three compassionate coworkers, Foster Pet Outreach began with a mission to help a stray cat. This small act of kindness blossomed into a dedicated organization in 1995, focused on rescuing and rehoming abandoned and abused animals. Operating entirely through volunteers, Foster Pet Outreach is committed to making a difference in the lives of at-risk animals in the community.
Each year, Foster Pet Outreach rescues and rehomes over 300 animals, providing them with the care and love they need until they find their forever homes. The organization connects people, resources, and knowledge to improve the lives of companion animals.
