This Corporation is organized and to be operated exclusively as a tax-exempt non profit corporation for Charitable, Religious, Educational and mentoring purposes, to provide Foster Care ministry, and a Foster Care Home with trained and certified House Parents and Staff who are certified under the United State of Georgia rules and laws.
