Our Story
The Fort Bend Helping Heroes Charity was founded in 2011 to support first responders in Fort Bend County. Initially a reunion page for the 40th anniversary of the Fort Bend County Emergency Medical Service, it evolved into a charity after recognizing the urgent need for assistance among first responders affected by natural disasters and health issues. Following Hurricane Harvey in 2017, the charity was officially established to provide crucial support to first responders and their families during emergencies, crises, and line of duty deaths.
