Our Story

The Forrest Spence Fund was founded in 2007 by Brittany and David Spence after the heartbreaking loss of their first child, Robert Forrest Spence. Inspired by their experience in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, the organization aims to assist families facing the challenges of critically or chronically ill children throughout the Mid-South.

Impact

Since its inception, the Forrest Spence Fund has positively impacted thousands of families by providing essential non-medical support during times of childhood illness. The organization has expanded its reach, supporting families in hospitals such as Le Bonheur Children's Hospital and St. Jude Children's Hospital.
