Formation Support for Vietnam

Our Story

In 2005, Bao Nguyen, S.J., a Jesuit seminarian, witnessed the educational challenges faced by the Vietnamese Church. This inspired him to establish Formation Support for Vietnam in 2010, dedicated to providing scholarships for Vietnamese religious, seminarians, and priests to study in the U.S. Since then, the organization has fostered spiritual growth and community among its members through retreats and regular meetings.

Impact

Formation Support for Vietnam has successfully facilitated the education of over 300 religious, seminarians, and priests in the U.S., significantly contributing to the development of the Church and culture in Vietnam.
