FOREST FOLK INC

Forest Folk Inc.'s primary exempt purpose is to serve the seniors of Idyllwild and the surrounding communities by providing recreational programs events and transportation services to the elderly disabled and disadvantaged residents of the area. Ridership is slowly regaining to its former levels but the community's demographics have changed and consequently the targeted groups of the ridership have also changed. There are now fewer Seniors and more Others. Special attention is being paid to collaborating with other local nonprofits and with businesses focusing on tourism the lifeblood of the community. Two of the current board members also serve on other nonprofit boards and four of the officers are members of other nonprofits.
