Founded in 2007, Better Health Partnership began its journey as a regional health improvement community, supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Transitioning to a non-profit organization in 2010, it focuses on equitable population and community health. In 2020, the launch of the Better Health Pathways HUB marked a significant step in assisting vulnerable populations in accessing essential care and resources.
