Fora Health’s mission is to provide comprehensive treatment, care, and advocacy for individuals affected by substance use disorder. Launched in July 2021, Fora Health represents the evolution of De Paul Treatment Centers, which has been a beacon of hope for nearly five decades. With a commitment to trauma-informed, evidence-based therapies, Fora Health aims to foster healthier individuals, families, and communities.

Our Impact

Since its inception, Fora Health has served over 40,000 individuals, offering compassionate care at two locations: the Fora Health Adult Center in Southeast Portland and the Fora Health Hillsboro Outpatient Clinic. Each year, more than 2,000 individuals receive vital support for substance use disorder, with 81% qualifying for Medicaid. This organization is dedicated to health equity, ensuring that everyone, regardless of background or financial situation, has access to the care they need.
