Initially providing essential services like grocery assistance and transportation, FAP has evolved to address the ongoing needs of individuals living with HIV, treating it as a manageable chronic condition.
FAP has positively impacted over 2,200 individuals in the Inland Empire, providing housing for 619 families, facilitating transportation for 495 medical appointments, and offering early intervention counseling to 208 individuals.
