Our Story

Food Helpers has been dedicated to serving Washington County for over 42 years, evolving from a traditional food bank to a comprehensive solution addressing food insecurity. With a training center, thrift market, and farm, the organization tackles the root causes of hunger.

Each year, Food Helpers supports over 26,000 individuals, distributing food through 38 sites. The focus is on providing nutritious meals and empowering individuals with education and resources for self-sufficiency.
