Our Story

Founded by Lt Col Dan Rooney, Folds of Honor was inspired by the profound impact of war on the families of fallen and disabled service members. Since 2007, this organization has dedicated itself to providing educational scholarships to the spouses and children of these heroes, while also expanding its mission to support first responders.

With nearly 62,000 scholarships awarded, Folds of Honor demonstrates a strong commitment to education and diversity, with 45% of scholarships going to minority recipients. An impressive 91% of donations directly fund these scholarships, ensuring that the impact is felt where it matters most.
