Our Story

Founded in 1995, Focus Points Family Resource Center began as a community resource in the Five Points neighborhood of Denver, primarily serving African American families. Over the years, it has expanded its services to meet the evolving needs of the community, including early childhood education, adult education, and family support services. Focus Points is dedicated to collaboration, equity, and integrity, empowering families to unlock their potential and contribute to a thriving community.

Impact

Each year, Focus Points serves over 3,000 participants, providing essential resources and support to low-income families in Northeast Denver. The organization has successfully expanded its programs to include workforce development and economic inclusion initiatives, helping families achieve financial stability and improve their quality of life.
