Focus Fairies Mentoring

Our Story

Focus Fairies Mentoring was founded in 2017 by Darra and Kenya, who recognized the need for a program that supports young girls in the way they needed when they were younger. Their vision is to uplift Chicago communities through community-based mentorship for young girls and women of color.

Impact

Since 2020, Focus Fairies Mentoring has hosted over 200 mentoring sessions with an 80% completion rate, significantly impacting the lives of young women and girls in Chicago.
