Foster Children’s Alliance (FOCAL) has been dedicated to supporting foster children and their families in Madison County since 1985. As the only organization collaborating directly with the Department of Human Resources (DHR), FOCAL provides essential resources for extracurricular activities and vital needs that foster family payments do not cover. A passionate board of volunteers from North Alabama works tirelessly to improve the lives of these children.
FOCAL ensures that every foster child in Madison County experiences the joy of Christmas. By fulfilling wish lists, FOCAL makes dreams come true for children in foster care, providing them with the holiday spirit they deserve.
The needs of foster children are ongoing and FOCAL’s resources are continually stretched. Donations help foster parents who open their homes to children affected by challenging circumstances.
