Our Story

In 1971, two dedicated volunteers, Dorothy Fleegler and Frances Cohen, recognized a pressing need for safe and affordable childcare for local low-wage laborers and farmworkers. They envisioned a nurturing environment where children could thrive, breaking the cycle of poverty and achieving their full potential. This vision led to the establishment of the Fuller Center, a place of love and enrichment.

Impact

Today, the Fuller Center serves over 900 children and 600 family members each year, offering quality early childhood education, after-school programs, and comprehensive family support services.
