Our Story

Founded in 1985 by Eastern Airline flight attendants and Sidney Ettedgui, Flight to the North Pole has grown into a cherished event for terminally ill children. Each year, the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office and the Sarasota/Bradenton Airport Fire Department come together to create unforgettable memories for these brave children and their families.

Impact

This year, over 400 terminally ill children will experience the joy of the holiday season, creating lasting memories with their loved ones. For many, this may be their last holiday celebration.
