Founded in 1998 by Steve Sayers, Alpine Robotics is a 501(c)(3) student-run organization that provides students from Poudre High School and the Fort Collins area with invaluable opportunities to learn about engineering. Through mentorship from community professionals, students engage in designing, building, and programming robots for the FIRST Robotics Competition.
Participation in FIRST encourages students to pursue education and careers in STEM-related fields, inspiring them to become leaders and innovators while enhancing their 21st-century work-life skills.
