Our Story
First Nations Community HealthSource (FNCH) has been a beacon of hope since 1972, dedicated to serving underserved populations, particularly Native American families and individuals experiencing homelessness in Albuquerque and surrounding areas. With over 50 years of experience, FNCH provides a culturally sensitive health delivery system that addresses the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of the community.
Impact
FNCH has made significant strides in improving community health, housing over 20 chronically homeless patients, testing more than 400 individuals for HIV, and enrolling over 1200 uninsured members in Medicaid. The organization has expanded clinic hours to enhance access to essential health services.
