Our Story

First Community Housing (FCH) has been dedicated to developing, constructing, and managing affordable housing since 1986. Based in San Jose, FCH has successfully created homes for over 1,700 households, with an additional 1,400 units in progress, serving low-income individuals, families, seniors, and those with special needs.
