Firecracker Foundation

Our Story

The Firecracker Foundation was inspired by Tashmica Torok, an adult survivor of child sexual abuse. This grassroots organization is dedicated to providing a healing-centered response to child sexual abuse, focusing on the needs of children, teens, and their families.

Impact

Since its inception, the Firecracker Foundation has served over 250 families in Ingham, Clinton, and Eaton counties, offering individual therapy and trauma-sensitive yoga to child survivors of sexual violence.
