The organization focuses on at-risk middle and high school youth, low-wage workers, and newly arrived immigrants, helping them navigate the complexities of life in the United States. Over the decades, FAJ has evolved its mission to empower vulnerable domestic workers, particularly caregivers, ensuring their rights and dignity are upheld.
