Our Story

Founded in 2012 by Oklahoma City residents Liz and Tim McLaughlin, Fields & Futures Foundation is dedicated to transforming athletic facilities in Oklahoma City Public Schools. Recognizing the connection between inadequate sports facilities and low graduation rates, the organization aims to provide students with better opportunities to engage in sports, fostering their academic and personal growth.

Impact

Fields & Futures has successfully built 35 athletic fields across 17 campuses, leading to a significant increase in sports participation rates. This initiative has positively influenced attendance, grades, discipline, and graduation rates, showcasing the vital role of sports in student success.
