Our Story

The Vietnamese American Initiative for Development (VietAID) was founded in 1994 by dedicated community leaders and residents. This initiative aims to provide comprehensive economic development programs and services to alleviate poverty and enhance civic participation in the Fields Corner Vietnamese community of Dorchester.

Our Impact

VietAID proudly manages 123 affordable rental and homeownership units, providing quality housing to over 135 families. With a remarkable 90.5% graduation rate from our Au Co program, children are well-prepared for kindergarten, ensuring a brighter future.
